I provide general individual counselling, specialising in Teenage issues, Post-natal Depression, Parenting Problems, Anger Management and Educational Special Needs. l have a current CRB Enhanced Disclosure certificates, subscribe to the Ethical Code of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and carry appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance. I have an easy-going and non-judgemental personality and counsel from home in Godalming. I am also part of a counselling practice - 3 Counties Counselling Service which operates from modern premises in the centre of Bracknell. I have a special interest in young people and Post Natal Depression. I am experienced at helping clients to deal with many problems and challenges in their lives, including anxiety, depression, despair, stress, panic, relationship problems, bullying, anger management, parenting problems, and many of the other issues that prevent people from leading happy, fulfilled, meaningful lives. Training, Qualifications & Experience I have an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (2004), and a Certificate in Counselling Skills (2002). I am also a qualified Nursery Nurse having completed my NNEB in 1984. I have had extensive experience working with the 14 to 23 year age range both during and after my Counselling training. I have run a support group for women with Postnatal Depression.
